How do you design a retail space for a clothing and furniture brand in a beautiful 18th century palace in the center of Lisbon?
I got invited by ISTO, a portuguese organic clothing brand, to come along with UTIL and design a shop where these two brands from lisbon could coexist. This was a big step for ISTO as they would have their first real retail space and a great opportunity for UTIL to me closer to te public with a live showroom of some of its products.

The first biggest challenge and investment was light. To which it was followed by custom made furniture to stock  and show ISTO's garments. UTIL would then take care in breaking the retailing stamp to the shop and bring it more to lifestyle mood.
