Born in Lisbon, Manuel Amaral Netto is a Portuguese industrial designer. After earning his Master's Degree in Design Products from ECAL in Switzerland in 2013, he co-founded FROM INDUSTRIAL DESIGN, where he gained recognition with the Volta Lamp, which won 1st prize during their debut collection at Salone Satellite.

Throughout his career, Manuel has collaborated with esteemed brands and institutions, including Cassina (Italy), USM (Switzerland), Leucos (Italy), Baccarat (France), AICEP (Portugal), and Vista Alegre (Portugal). In 2015, he has been driving the creative direction at UTIL.

Manuel's expertise encompasses the entire design process of industrial products across furniture, product, lighting, and spatial design. His work ranges from initial design ideation to product development and prototyping, showcasing his commitment to quality and creativity in every project.
